Booking Conditions - the not so small print!

All bookings will remain provisional until a Purchase Order has been provided along with a returned email to accepting the terms and conditions.

Provisional ('first hold') bookings will be held for 72 hours awaiting confirmation, after which time the space reserved will be re-let.

Guaranteed final minimum catering numbers will be required 5 working days before the date of your event, together with any special dietary requirements. Any increase in numbers can be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the event.

The client may not bring any food/drinks into the centre for use during an event, unless agreed otherwise and authorised in writing by MTLC.

Booking Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, cancellation charges may apply, which includes training room hire and pre-booked food and beverage charges.

Room Hire discounts are subject to a minimum refreshment spend.

Diversity Statement

MTLC values the diversity of its employees and service users and seeks to reduce social exclusion by making its services, facilities and resources more responsive to individual needs.

If you require anything for your event to be able to meet those needs please discuss them with our Event Coordinator in advance of your event.


All Internet access is subject to MTLC's e-security policy. Further information will be provided at time of booking.



If course materials are to be delivered direct to MTLC prior to an event, the following details will be required in advance: date of event, title of event, contact name and telephone number, brief description of materials to be delivered and expected date of delivery. MTLC will take reasonable care but cannot accept responsibility for any materials delivered to the Centre.
